Growing in Faith

“But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.”

Reflection
Faith is less about feeling than it is about trust. Matthew 6:33 reminds us, "But seek ye first the kingdom of…" — and that is the soil out of which a strong spiritual life grows. Faith is the small, daily choice to take God at His word, even when circumstances argue otherwise. Today, do not measure your faith by the loudness of your emotion; measure it by your willingness to keep walking with the Lord. Read His Word. Pray honestly. Obey what you already know. Faith grows the way a tree grows — quietly, deeply, and unhurried. The Lord is delighted by every small step you take toward Him.
Prayer
Jesus, I want to walk by faith and not by sight today. Help me take the next step in trust. Amen.
