How Support Contributions Are Used

Support contributions help fund the development and production of The Pulpit & The People, including:

• Christian media and podcast production
• Devotional and teaching resources
• Educational materials and study guides
• Bishop Mfongo Audio Bible preparation
• Technology and platform infrastructure
• Outreach, communications, and operational expenses

Nature of Support Contributions

Support contributions are voluntary gifts to the mission of The Pulpit & The People. A support contribution is not a purchase of a specific product, deliverable, or service unless a paid product is clearly offered with its own purchase terms at checkout.

Refund Policy

Support contributions and donations are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where a transaction was processed in error (for example, a duplicate charge, an incorrect amount, or a clearly unauthorized transaction). If you believe a payment was made in error, please contact us promptly at tyronesimpson@thepulpitandthepeople.com so we can review and respond.

Marketplace Purchases, Affiliate Links, and Third-Party Offers

The Shop & Marketplace may include direct products from The Pulpit & The People, affiliate links, sponsored placements, partner resources, or links to third-party websites. Direct purchases from The Pulpit & The People may be processed through Stripe or another secure payment processor when available.

Product-specific refund, fulfillment, shipping, or digital delivery terms may apply and will be provided where applicable before or during checkout. Products marked ‘Coming Soon’ are not available for purchase until active product and payment details are configured.

For third-party products or services accessed through affiliate links, sponsored placements, or partner links, the third-party provider is responsible for fulfillment, customer service, refunds, warranties, and product claims unless otherwise stated. The Pulpit & The People may receive compensation from certain links or placements.

Future Paid Products

Digital products, books, audiobooks, courses, memberships, or other paid resources may be added in future phases. Any future paid product will include a clear description, price, and applicable purchase and refund terms before checkout.

Tax Status

The Pulpit & The People is operated as a faith-based media and resource platform under Pathway Investments 101, LLC. Support contributions are not represented as tax-deductible charitable donations unless an official tax-exempt status is in place and clearly disclosed.

Payment Processing

When payment functionality is enabled, payments will be processed by a third-party payment processor. The Pulpit & The People does not store full payment card details on its own systems.
