Freedom in Christ

Reflection
Freedom in Christ is freedom for joy. Isaiah 61:1 reminds us, "He hath sent me to bind up…" A free heart can finally rest, finally laugh, finally rejoice. Today, let the freedom of Christ create a little space for joy. He paid too high a price for you to live small.
Prayer
Father, free me from every weight that does not belong to me. Let the truth of Christ keep setting me free. Amen.
