Freedom in Christ

Reflection
Freedom in Christ is not the freedom to do whatever you want; it is the freedom to do what is good. 1 Corinthians 7:22 declares, "He that is called in the Lord…" — and that freedom is real. The chains of guilt, shame, and fear that once bound you have been broken at the cross. Today, refuse to pick them back up. Walk in the liberty Christ purchased for you. Live unhurried by accusation. Love without keeping score. The truth that has set you free is meant to keep setting you free, day by day.
Prayer
Holy Spirit, lead me into deeper freedom today — freedom to love, to forgive, to rejoice. Amen.
