Walking in the Light

“I am the light of the world: he that followeth me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.”

Reflection
God's Word is a lamp, not a floodlight. John 8:12 reminds us, "I am the light of the world…" He gives enough light for the next step, not always the whole road. That is grace. He wants us walking with Him, not racing ahead. Today, take the next step you can see, and trust Him for the one after.
Prayer
Father, shine Your light into my heart. Expose what needs to change, and comfort what needs healing. Amen.
