Reflection
A grateful heart guards against many quiet enemies — comparison, bitterness, despair. Psalm 9:1 arms us with it: "I will praise thee, O Lord, with…" Today, name three things you are thankful for and offer them aloud to God. The simple act of naming gratitude rewires the soul.
