Reflection
Bless the Lord, O my soul. Psalm 145:3 invites us to choose praise: "Great is the Lord, and greatly to…" Sometimes praise rises easily; sometimes it must be chosen against the grain of our mood. Both are good. Today, even if the day feels heavy, find one true thing about God and praise Him for it. Gratitude is not pretending; it is remembering.

Lord, I bless Your name today. You are good, and Your mercy endures forever. Amen.
