Reflection
A grateful heart guards against many quiet enemies — comparison, bitterness, despair. Psalm 30:12 arms us with it: "O Lord my God, I will give…" Today, name three things you are thankful for and offer them aloud to God. The simple act of naming gratitude rewires the soul.
Prayer
Lord, receive my praise today, even in the ordinary moments. You are worthy. Amen.
