Cast your cares — do not carry them. Isaiah 26:3 commands gently: "Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace…" The verb is active. Throw them. Do not nibble at them all day. Trust is the moment you decide to actually let go. Today, practice the small but powerful act of releasing your worries into the hands of God.

Father, I trust You with what I cannot carry. Be my refuge and my provider today. Amen.
