“What time I am afraid, I will trust in thee.”
— Psalm 56:3 (KJV)
Reflection
Trust is rest. Psalm 56:3 settles the soul: "What time I am afraid, I will…" To trust God is to stop carrying what He has promised to carry. Today, hand Him the worries that have been wearing you down. Name them honestly. Then leave them in His care. Trust is not a one-time act but a daily, often hourly, returning. Each time anxiety rises, return again. He will not grow tired of receiving your trust.

Father, I trust You with what I cannot carry. Be my refuge and my provider today. Amen.
