Renewed Within
Renewal & Hope
“For surely there is an end; and thine expectation shall not be cut off.”
Reflection
Hope is the soul's quiet defiance against despair. Proverbs 23:18 steadies us: "For surely there is an end; and…" Hope in God is not wishful thinking; it is anchored, sober, and strong. It does not deny the hardness of life; it simply refuses to let hardship have the final word. Today, lift your eyes. The same God who has carried you this far is not absent now. His timing is not your timing, but His faithfulness has never failed. Wait on Him. Not passively, but expectantly — like one who knows the dawn is coming. Renewal does not always arrive in great waves; often it comes as a small, steady refilling of the heart. Open your hands. Let Him pour in what you cannot manufacture: courage, patience, and quiet hope.
Prayer
God of all comfort, restore what is weary in me. Anchor my soul in Your faithfulness. Amen.
What small hope can I hold onto today?
