Reflection
Bless the Lord, O my soul. Psalm 100:4 invites us to choose praise: "Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and…" Sometimes praise rises easily; sometimes it must be chosen against the grain of our mood. Both are good. Today, even if the day feels heavy, find one true thing about God and praise Him for it. Gratitude is not pretending; it is remembering.

Lord, I bless Your name today. You are good, and Your mercy endures forever. Amen.
