Reflection
A grateful heart guards against many quiet enemies — comparison, bitterness, despair. Colossians 3:17 arms us with it: "Whatsoever ye do in word or deed…" Today, name three things you are thankful for and offer them aloud to God. The simple act of naming gratitude rewires the soul.

Lord, receive my praise today, even in the ordinary moments. You are worthy. Amen.
