“The Lord bless thee, and keep thee: The Lord make his face shine upon thee… and give thee peace.”

Reflection
Be still, and know. Numbers 6:24-26 simply calls us back: "The Lord bless thee, and keep thee…" Not be busy. Not be brilliant. Be still. Knowing God is the rest of the soul. Today, carve out a small pocket of stillness. Even a few minutes. Let the Lord remind you who He is and whose you are.
Prayer
Jesus, be the rest of my soul today. I come to You with everything that weighs on me. Amen.
