“Blessed is the man that trusteth in the Lord… For he shall be as a tree planted by the waters.”

Reflection
Hope grows in the soil of God's promises. Jeremiah 17:7-8 plants one today: "Blessed is the man that trusteth in…" Promises do not always change circumstances quickly; sometimes they change us first. They steady the heart in the storm. They give the soul something true to hold. Take this promise as your own today. Whisper it. Pray it. Believe it. The God who spoke it does not lie. He is making something good even now, in ways you may not yet see.

Lord, I wait on You. Renew my strength and lift my eyes above what I can see. Amen.
